Step 1: Tap the Jollibee Bee logo in the top left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select "Order List", then choose the active order to "Cancel Order".
For Guests (No Login Required):
Step 1: Tap the Jollibee Bee logo in the top left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select "Track Order Status", then choose "Cancel Order
